General conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale (GCS) constitute the basis of commercial negotiation and are systematically sent or given to each buyer of one night or more to enable them to reserve.

Any reservation includes the clause “I acknowledge having read and accept the attached general conditions of sale” and implies the traveler’s unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Prices:
The prices are those in effect on the day of reservation. They are denominated in euros.
Chalet Loft Spa grants itself the right to modify its rates at any time. However, Chalet Loft Spa undertakes to charge reservations at the prices indicated at check-in.

Payment terms
Payment for reservations is made securely by credit card and will be made in full upon reservation.

Conditions of use of the Loft Spa LE CHALET
The bath towels and bathrobes are provided in perfect condition upon the Client's arrival and remain the exclusive property of the Loft Spa Le Chalet, the Client is required to leave them in the space at the time of his departure. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, the Customer will be charged €40 (forty euros) per product for replacement and compensation for the theft thus committed.

Furthermore, any damaged or missing item will have its value deducted from the deposit.

Chalet Loft Spa cannot be held responsible if the internal regulations displayed on the premises are not respected.

Conditions for canceling your reservation
In the event of cancellation within 5 days of arrival at Chalet Loft Spa, 100% of the amount paid will be retained.
